• Interest in following outline and achieve target goals

• Strong interest in research of art markets & trends

• Understanding of art business on global scale 

• Knowledge of local art markets and cultural audiences

• Ability to prioritize, focus & cut unneccessary work

• Time management & results tracking

• Willing to ask questions and get help as needed
